Werk it Weekends: AfroSwag

It was a celebration of natural hair, melanated beauty and black excellence in fashion spaces. The AfroSwag Hair Show held at the Duke Energy Convention Center was the place to be over the weekend! Cincinnati’s most stylish showed up and showed out at this event. The models were coached by Nay Reynolds of Lavish Vixenz Modeling Agency, and some of the models from the agency were present on the runway! Featured collections from designers Kahlenbah, 2022 Buckeye Awards Best Designer Me By Lee, and Project Runway Finalist and Celebrity Designer Asha Ama, inspired the audience and left them wanting more. Cincinnati Style Report had a backstage pass to get a look at the models up close and in person, as well as front row seats to the fashion show itself!
